- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

- Ensure that the product is well-packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
- Return and refund is only case of damage and defective product
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or perishable products, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, certain products like opened paints, crayons, and color pencils cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
